Also drink plenty of water, Hydration make a huge difference
3. Be Gentle with Your Hair:
This part surprised me. I used it tie my hair up really tight and brush it while wet. “Big Mistake”. Now>>>
- Avoid tight hairstyle that pull on your scalp
- Don’t brush wet hair- it’s more fragile
- Wash your hair with a mild, sulfate- free shampoo
